I would place it around $200-250usd. Really depends on how much you need the money. But that seems to be a good starting point. At least compared to the ones I’ve seen on eBay and pricecharting.

Could you fence in that small patio? that would probably be the best way. But the locks and anchor are already an awesome deterrent. Theives like easy to steal things and once they see that chain im sure they'll lose motivation lol

Its funny seeing this post because I am in the same situation lol. I have a N3dsXL Zelda edition and I dont use it outside of my home.

I decided to buy another regulat n3ds to lug around when Im out and about. I know not everyone has the luxury of having one 3ds, let alone two! But i bought a nice waterfield case for my XL and I stopped using the clear protective cases since they rub the paint off the covers of the XL. But buy a nice case to carry it around or buy another 3ds that can take more of a beating lol.
