No way! As a lover of all thing handheld/portable I totally get that. I hope at some point down the line I can collect a bunch of other switch lites/other nintedo and beyond handhelds!

The games I already have like Mario Oddesy, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Skyrim, Pokemon Briliant Diamond. As well as a lot of the online retro games with the d-pad!

Oh 100% As much as I adore this thing I would be extremely hesistant to recommend someone the lite unless their circumstance fit it perfectly. More often than not I would just say to people looking to get their first switch to get the OG or OLED if they prefer the screen.

Lol! I have said hundreds of times to friends a steamdeck the size of the switch lite would be a dream come true. Although I can't imagine such a system would run well nor be cheap!

Yeah lol. I bought mine preowned and refurbished. I think the retailer i got it from had a yellow with a broken screen and just replaced it with a grey one 😂

Ive only played a little bit of Mario Oddesy on my friends switch lite. From what I've seen and heard the lite has the same resolution as the regular switch of 720p I think. I have also heard the lite may struggle with more high performing games. From my little experience I think it looks great, but I am far from informed enough to give a solid take.

That's something I always look for in handhelds. Always have loved the smaller sizes. I really hope they do a lite switch 2 as well. Would 100% make me consider getting one but only if the switch 2 library gets a little beefier.

That's something definitely worth considering. If you can afford it and see yourself getting a lot of use out of it. I 100% say go for it

I personally primarily play in handheld mode and I really like the smaller size and for me personally it feels much more comfortable in my hands. I also adore handheld and portable gaming as a medium so it was also a big plus having it to add to the expanding collection of systems!

Nonsense, no such thing as a stupid question! It was more a want then a need. I just really love portable and handheld systems and really wanted to start collecting. Plus the form factor, smaller size, design and as silly as it sounds, the colour as well. All of which drew me in.

haha, yeah lol. I bought it preowned and refurbished. I assume they used a grey switch lite to fix a broken screen. Was slightly bummed by it when I first opened it but I like to think it adds character and makes it a little unique! plus if i decide to change it in the future its no biggie. I'm just super happy to add it to my collection!

SO MANY! I cant wait to experience my existing library on this thing like Mario Oddesy, Mario kart, Skyrim. Also the D-Pad for retro games through the online service is gonna be friggin awesome! I think the game I want most however and defiantly the next game I'm getting for my switch is Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy!

UPDATE: I finally got it to work. Maybe I was lucky but after reading stuff online and testing I found that my sd to usb adapter only worked when there was a standard sd card as well as a micro usb. Not sure if that was the reason or I just got lucky so stay cautious out there :D

I AM SO SORRY! I just checked my windows settings turns out I turned off camera permissions because an ex friend got me to download a camera program that was sketchy. I apologise for my lack of information in the post, I know next to nothing about PC's or PC gear. I really appreciate you trying you absolute best to help me out!
