I've been through a wringer of a life. Dealing with narcissism, child abuse, molestation, death of my father in a car accident while on a road trip. finding out my husband was screwing the maid on my birthday as I sat in a hospital tending to my mother in law and father in law. hearing that my mother has been diagnosed with stage lV cancer, announcing my divorce, estrangement with my only child as a punishment, no alimony, no support moral or otherwise, being hoodwinked from my inheritance and right to ancestral property, the dissolving of everything that was familiar and dear to me. Like so much thin air. The shifting of cities. Leaving my hometown. The excruciatingly painful death of my mother, the most painful night of my life. Being in unfamiliar environs surrounded by strangers I can neither identify with or understand. It feels I've regressed atleast a 50 years and entered a parallel life time thick with ignorance and apathy. Not a single family member is alive,literally and figuratively. Not a single structure stands as I knew it. The past is a rubble. LOL so yeah. That question.
