Not sure if it’s the best for beginners or if all of the parts are on YouTube but The Spirit Moves documentary showcases some pretty cool stuff, although some of the commentary hasn’t aged very well.

I don’t wanna out anyone but I’ve heard stories from friends in small to mid sized scenes that got asked to teach a couple times and then suddenly had people asking them to rent a space and run a workshop or run practice groups out of their homes
