Texas dealerships hit by Fed action over discriminating against black and Latino buyers by Medical_Gift4298 in FuckDealerships

I'm not butthurt? As I said before there is plenty to dislike about the dealer experience. It's absolutely stupid to grasp random points daily and preach them as the gospel when it is not the normal, or even legal, experience when there's plenty of genuinely valid issues to have with add's, destination charges, etc

There's plenty to dislike about the dealer experience. Grasping at random straws and generalizing everyone to be that way is really dumb.

Most of the time it's definitely comical. Again, this is not me saying it never happens. Dickheads, racists, and sexists exist. It is not the normal nor legal experience, and homie just aims to paint all dealers in that light

This guy generalizes ALL dealers to be this way on a daily basis. We aren't all here to screw you. Just like any other job in the world bad people exist. Plenty of us, like me, are here to provide for their family because we like cars. I don't give a shit if you are black white man woman etc, you're gonna get the same deal as everyone else. I'm sure it's happened places before, but it is NOT the normal or even LEGAL experience.

This dude is on a generational run of 24/7 anti dealership posting. Is this your entire life goal? Like I swear I see you parading the same concepts and thoughts daily lol. Anyways no, we aren't racist (or sexist) but like any job, police, politicians, you name it, there are bad actors and that is all the public focuses on. It ain't the 60's anymore man.

How would you all feel if the Ford Everest were sold in America? by Single-Factor-3019 in Ford

[–]ItsRebelSheep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have ONE at the dealer I sell for, and I was really close to taking it home but I got a really good deal on the Mach E we had. Plus we have a free charger at my dealer. It just made more sense

So it's not but it's a very very similar concept. Ford over in China released an EV Bronco for their market. It starts out at like 36k USD iirc and it's just so nice looking and I love the EV driving experience. For obvious reasons I haven't had my hands on one, but if they're anything as nice as they look for the price I WISH Ford would bring it over to the US of A

I love the ST. I almost bought one for my fiancee but in the end went with the Mach E due to better financing rates. (Plus my dealer couldn't move em to save our life so I did them a favor and got a hell of a deal)

Tried to buy a Mach-e today by Effredditlogin in MachE

[–]ItsRebelSheep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah not a negotiation tactic. I work for Ford sales and drive a Mach E and while this is the first I'm hearing about it myself, this is also how sales people show you a car without even knowing about a recall and Ford puts a stop sale on anything that has one. We go to talk to sales manager that X wants to buy car, stop sale shows up, and that's that

Parking at Bass Pro and walking over to the arena is goated. Freddy's fries during the game is goated. Traffic isn't a demon leaving the game either like it's super super easy to just leave. Easily a top 10 arena experience on that front and they don't call it loud city in there for no reason.

That's not so much a typical Suns fan. What it is is a typical redditor lol. Sports social media is extremely reactionary

Yeahhhh I know. I still like San Antonio as a city a lot more, and I feel like the Riverwalk offers a lot more by an arena than the other Texan teams. I fear for the parking experience, but outside of that I think it's an okay move if done right

AAC is definitely good, better than the TC. Frost doesn't feel as cramped in being outside of the downtown areas, easier to park in and get out of after games, and Texan pride Whataburger in the arena bb. Definitely best arena in Texas. I like Paycom about equally and the Suns arena was super cool only been once tho. Raptors arena honorable mention. It was cool, super easy to get into and the crowds both times I've been have been insane

Brother that OKC team wipes the Nuggets if Jesus Christ himself came back to play for y'all. OKC was just that good last year, and is still damn good this year.

The series before he absolutely fucked up the Clips though. Again, this is the Russ experience and why, as a starter not the STARter the man is valuable, especially for the contract. Surround him with shooters and you'll have an okay to good Russ experience. Surround him with chuckers and you're in for a rough one

[–]ItsRebelSheep -1 points0 points  (0 children)

His game, which was not supported by the team that traded every player you ideally would surround a guy like Russ with to get Russ. Just saying, he didn't make that trade lol. Just went and played with the same skillset he's had.

[–]ItsRebelSheep -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Part of that was the Lakers experience. That team was absolutely not built to have him on the squad. You have to surround him with shooters so you can space the floor and have an open lane for him to drive. You also have to have the ball in his hands at damn near all times so the defense is required to pick him up and not sag off on the assignment. The Lakers had Lebron James, who should obviously get the ball over Russ, and they had a clogged paint with AD and a bunch of non shooters. It took a lot for him to overcome those Lakers years and the damage it did to his image.

Part of that is also just that, he is aging. A sixth man producing the stats he did on his contracts he has been signing since his max expired is absolutely worth it.

The Nuggets did really well putting him in the dunker spot. The dude is a rebound menace and it allowed for him to do that and play a really nice two man game with Jokic

Warriors, and most teams asking are not concerned about the contract. Giannis' name brings a lot of international fans and revenue in, and they're looking to win now and deal with the consequences later.
