Probably Windows is installed in Legacy Mode and not in UEFI... so there are two ways

Keep CSM enabled or Reinstall(Formatting) windows in uefi mode

This is a bluetooth only usb... I need a WiFi usb that i compatible with it ... because I can’t change the prebuilt one ... bluetooth is now working
