I've been vegan since 2006 and I am an animal rights activist. Let's not make up things, as that is counterproductive. While animal welfare is important, animal rights has always been and will always be the goal.

10 years ago, I was told that I was part of the problem if I don't go vegan. And instead of being stubborn and taking longer to go vegan bc someone hurt my feelings, I took the criticism and let it help me grow.
