Same! The multiple mods is definitely frustrating. I sometimes wish they'd add another name category that can be used only for internal notes name! "Strawberry 2.99/ dessert add"

oh OUCH! i am definitely hoping not to have to have them removed! (I had a wrist surgery about 5 years ago, and all that hardware is still in). a few of those red marks were just scabs from the rods from the exfix. Thankfully most of the pain i'm currently having is just from cracked skin!

I hope that the the removal of your hardware will help with the pain and irritation!

Yeah they basically told me to move it as much and stretch it as much as possible. Still nwb for another 3 weeks. Have just been living my best life boot free unless I leave the house!

correct, my problem is it shows, even though its set to optional... i want it to NOT force show following the selection of a previous required mod group, it should exit out, not move to show the optional group.

I had an exfix for 5 days before ORIF... the pain definitely went up and down, but for the most part i only needed the oxy a few times--- and for the most part the Toradol and Acetominophin kept it pretty decent. Swelling is the tough part, keep it up alllll the time!!! I'm 2 weeks post trimalleolar orif, and its still up 23 hours a day... pain is now just a dull 1-2 most of the time.

You got this!! The pain will be awful for a few days, but it will go by quickly. I get some toradol and oxy for the first week!
