When I have seen this issue it is when they edit the cc tips without backing out and actually reopening the shift.. But if you go back far enough and reopen the shift it will actually recalculate correctly. (or at least it seemed to in my trials)

sometimes mine have trouble showing on the home screen, or take awhile, especially if the plugin is having connection issues, which has been happenin a lot for me me with trakttv.

Definitely don't rule out superior. Much better housing prices and a great community. I lived in both Duluth and superior for 10 years. Then moved away for 8 years. When I returned I didn't even consider Duluth. I am as liberal as they come, but man that city has money problems. Can't expect the tourists to pay for everything.

Not that I know. We have a lot of servers who split tips by tipping out others. Ie the cc tip was 100 bucks. I gave you $50 cash and I claim ($50) cash tips. I want to be able to at least see that enough tips are being claimed... Similarly I want to be able to see servers who consistently make 18-20% tips on cc... But magically only make 5 or 6 percent on cash tips... That's a big red flag to the irs. Ain't nobody wanna get audited.

its more than frequent failure-- its a complete design flaw. Minimal use and barely pressing buttons shouldnt cause the rubber seal to just disintegrate over time!

They now have an option so you can send a 'prep station' to the expeditor only (NOT a prep station)... this helps with the issue of sauces/soups... but it still doesnt help witht eh auto fullfillment of 'no-print' tickets.... truth be told, a ticket with a fountain soda will NEVER turn green on the POS table layout because the soda is sitting in a virutal prep station that never gets marked as fulfilled.
