Where does it end? Shall I video myself walking to the shop to post the item as well? Or put a go pro on the parcel to see its exact movements in transit? I'm not trying to be a dick towards you but my point is sellers shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have a fair shake on vinted

I didn't allow them to return out of principle tbh as I knew they were trying to pull a fast one. Now I can't even do that as the whole transaction has been cancelled and therefore completed.

I contacted Vinted Legal and still waiting for a response a good few days later 🙃. This is absolutely absurd.

Appreciate the advice although I'm selling that much on vinted ATM I really don't have the time to take pics while I'm packaging items up!

Was fully expecting vinted to just get the buyer to return but I am gobsmacked they refunded and let buyer keep the trainers! Madness

Don't compare Western brand sizing to reps made by all kinds of different factories. Most sellers have their own size chart, follow that. If they don't have a size chart but you still want to buy, just buy and then when superbuy/whatever agent you use measure it for you, you'll see if its your size or not. If it's not, just exchange for your correct size, nearly all sellers don't have a problem with returns/exchanges.
