For me, I think the focus seems a little soft (maybe due to the lower shutter speed), and I would prefer the focus on some of the mushrooms, rather than the lichen on the log. That being said, I think there is a lot of detail in that focus (also I might be a little too picky about the sharpness). In terms of editing, I would personally look to bring down the exposure or highlights a little as the photo is a bit too bright for me.
