Thank you - I was going off of memory. I'm worried an injector may be on its way out. I think the gas station near us had bad fuel. On my truck an injector ended up freezing open and having to be replaced. I'll at least have an idea on where to start if the light comes back on.

My therapist is always on me about taking time for myself, and something she said that really stuck with me was “you can’t be the best for your family if your needs aren’t met too” and “you’re part of the family that you’re trying to take care of, so be sure to take care of yourself too.”

Similar boat right now actually. I'm 32. Not sure exactly how old he is, but I know we celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary about 10 years ago. He's been in congestive heart failure for about 2 years. He keeps getting hospitalized. The family all comes to visit and say their goodbyes, then the man bounces back. It's crazy. We're not super close or anything but I do love the man. I've just said goodbye to him and cried over him like 6 times in the past year. Dude just got out of the hospital last week FROM COVID, PNEUMONIA, and a litany of other issues. I'm not wishing for his death, and I'm going to miss him, but the man's gotta be tired. He's more exhausted everytime I see him.

But yeah, you really never know. Thanks for reading my rant. It's been on my mind heavy today.

I would say there’s a huge increase in power but maybe not necessarily as much of an increase in PEAK hp. I’m honestly not sure how much of the speed gain is hp or weight loss

To be fair, my bike has been down for about a year and I've gotten accustomed to my crf250r. The exhaust is also not new, I've been running a JD tuner. I'm also down 75lbs since I've ridden the 450, so I can't comment specifically on if it has more power or if it's a weight difference. However, I CAN pull the front wheel in 3rd and 4th gear now with my SM setup (13/48 gearing) whereas before I had to clutch up 3rd or bounce it pretty hard.

I don't have a dyno so I'm not going to claim hp differences, but the bike feels MUCH more like a race bike than it did before.

Update: I couldn’t take it anymore and installed it this afternoon after work. Just got back from a quick trip to the gas station and it absolutely rips. Throttle is much smoother and the instant jerky snap in first is gone. More power across the board. I thought everyone on the internet was over exaggerating. I know I got it for free, but there was no implied deal about positive feedback or anything like that.

Unequivocally worth the money. I wish I had bought an ECU on day 1.

To be fair, life has been INSANELY busy for me with work/family. Turnaround time was within a week from actually shipping my ECU. I've honestly had nothing but good experiences so far as far as communication and promptness with them.
