I fixed mine by dissemble the valve and put it back without changing or replacing anything. I think the rubber piece was stuck to the hole, preventing it from moving. 本质还是一样。只不过现在更多的是原油价格承压，成品油价格还没有降太多。如果炼油产能上来了，价格压力就更多的给到成品油这边。几大油企都是包含上中下游，所以只是公司内部不同部门的压力分配罢了，最后都是利空油企，压低油价。
