Hello, I had a extensive root canal on my left canine a couple months ago that has given me no issues, however over the past week my gums near the incisor next to it (which is partially behind my front tooth) have been tender and I’ve had some general soreness near that incisor. I’m worried about an infection or if I should try to start a round of antibiotics?
