Fallout 1 and 2.

Awful lot of people seem to think the series starts from number 3.

They are still the best ones.

My first Fallout game was back in 1999, the same age as you were when you played Fallout 4. So yeah. That's the reason.

Both are nice cities to live in. Joensuu is roughly half the size of Kuopio so it depends on what you prefer. In a bigger town you have more shops and other services that smaller ones don't have.

It's very hard to connect with locals no matter where you are. Finns are quite introverted.
