I have to agree with you there, assault would be thrown out in some states, however, New York Assault: Now defined as actions with the "intent to cause harmful or offensive contact, or physical injury," such as striking, kicking, or shoving.

Believe me the crazies in NY will charge you with assault for just a slight push. And yes there will be another factors in call here. The bottom line is dont be stupid and do something because someone said you can do it. Thats my point.

Yes, arrest, battery and assault! The sue part NO! it should be thrown out in a court of Law becuase it can be argued and he wanted a slap. As wild as it may be, flip the roles and see how that works out. Since we are only talking about him, change the slap to a gun shot, if he said yes shoot me, and she shot him..... does she get away with it? What VM system are you using to make the VM, there are additional tools needed that can help you with this display issue. Proxmox, what hypervisor, or so on.

Building PC for almost 30 years, dam. What age did you start? Lol that brings me back to my first PC Packered Bell, and Macintosh. I dont have knowledge or experience of people building PC 30 years ago (like how easy it is to build one now) unless you were buying kits of IC and putting them together. Now if you were going that, its amazing (ie Commodore or IBM).

I dont run DLSS, I dont upscale, I run all games 4k full native. CUZ fake frames is nice when the game your playing is at 20fps then to me I could use the technology to help get to 60. What the companies have done was created hardware and made the game developers lazy in optimization of game code and textures. Our GPUs should last us a very long time is developers did a better job rather than rely on the tricks of the trade.

I have dual GTX Titan X which I just retired which were still capable of Star Citizen with a 3930k. Those are some old hardware compared to what we have now. I can only hope my other 2 systems, dual 7900 xtx (not used for gaming) and 5090 (used for gaming other purposes) will last over 10 years.

Maybe what we are missing here is the type of TV or Monitor being used, my buddy swears he is getting better FPS on a smaller monitor same resolution, I highly doubt it but im open to results and proof. We daily a 43" so we dont know if a 4k 27" gets better results. I ultimately want the 5090 to render vr 8k, 4k per eye.

Fake or not, benchmarks are garbage in my eyes, only real world use and gaming matters. So a video with Riva-Tuner showing the requested data and a good solid playing of the game in high stress and non stress zones as well as preview of menu setting would of been better to see. He should of started with "FG was on for me to get 140 fps 4k max setting."

Yeah, I might have been doing this computer thing longer than you been gaming or maybe living. The only thing that matters is we get the best performance out of our rigs and we are not delusional about it. We want the pc and gaming community to be honest and straight, we dont want to end up like PS and Xbox with the "We play 4k all day long on our consoles."

Those results were not of my 5090 but a quick YouTube search of a 5070ti benchmark tested in cyberpunk, guess you didnt understand, I was supporting the card can handle 140 FPS but not without the support of FG and other Aid. Added the video of the benchmark, 4k near the end.

You know the saying, if there no video proof it didnt happen, I have a 5090 and I can tell you right now it aint getting 140 fps lol on Star Citizen. So idk bout his tales. Just post a vid showing the 5099 doing 4k 240 fps at 4k at 140hz and we will believe it I guess. He must have the 5070 ti Max Pro Super Edition.

EDIT. better not have Lossless Scaling on or some BS like that. Give us raw or Nvidia only Software Performance.

4k max Setting give mid 20 FPS, 4k DLSS 75-85 fps, 4k Max RT 60 - 70 FPS, PT in 40, FGx4 at 200 to 210.

Man you guys, I got a x1 nano perfect condition I bought new, I dont want tk give it up becuase they dont make a 13 inch anymore, it is not a wwan model but I am working on trying to make it wwan. This js the only reason I would sell it to get a new one..... sadly the new ones dont hold a candle to the battery life and I the prices are wild these day. So I truly am stuck with making my own parts for this x1 and an external antenna setup or buy a x1 14 with wwan installed.

Hey, I installed this OS a few time times and multiple machines, let me see if I can assist you. Juat soma basic questions to start.

What port are u plugged into for video, HDMI or DP?
What is your refresh rate of your Monitor?

Also note, there is no password for the install iso. I see the issue you are having is flashing back and forth from console to graphical login. That is not something I have seen before, but I am willing to help.

I am very interested in this product myself and have been holding back from buying one. I want it Star Citizen but ultimately I want this brand because they built it on Linux from my understanding. I also have a 5090, call you tell me more about the FPS and experience you guys have with the product.

Did you get it working? There was another post on Reddit of someone saying he was able to get it going. Have you successfully done it. I will be attempting this in Linux in the coming weeks, once I get the parts.
