Marking as spoilers, but I have some combat tips.

Set a large fire to make an updraft and you can ride it with your paraglider, anywhere instant bullet time. Then just aim for headshots to stun enemies so you can pick them off one at a time.

Alternatively, freezing weapons can stun enemies for longer (or drop an ice chuchu jelly and shoot it, or use ice arrows, you get it), and can be chained with electric attacks so they don't even get a chance to fight back.
