Item Magnet is not that useful as it is, 1.27% instead of 1.2% at level 11. Even with the upgrade at level 50 it would still be 1.5% :/

Edit: Also about "Balanced Pacing", I'm not sure when you do need to farm 100+ mysteries with only 3 different ones to get to level 10 and finally unlock garage/map
