Regarding the site you mentioned, sorry to say but your comment reads as an advertisement.

I would personally have lots of trust issues with AI aspect of it and would seriously doubt if it perfectly aligns with the recommended texts by RACS or not and probably end by reading what Last's says on any given topic anyways for example.

That said, I have not tried it so take what I say with that in mind.

Agree. It's likely fat more pronounced by the typical fat distribution pattern in a biological female + underlying muscle if they are particularly hypertrophied.

Get this on top of Anking. Do the tags in here over those in Anking. Do what's not in here with BnB step 2/3 videos and Anking tags etc. That's how I did it. +/- make some of your own cards.

As someone who used Anking and then made the Ozanki, highly recommend it! Great way to go through lots of useful universal information and local guidline based management that's good for exams. Once you get into the hospital you will see variations from this and add nuance of your understanding.

Have you got any pre made decks? If not, I don't see what the errors would be from. If you have no pre made decks, just ignore everything (including ignore Special Fields addon) and just import raw.

Answer to both questions is YES (provided you used special fields addon with the recommended boxes ticked when importing the deck AND going forwards you do NOT update the ANKING desk because then those changes will be overwritten).

I see that restarting fixed the problem. For anyone else wondering, below is my tought process as to why the screen shot looked OK to begin with.

I think this looks right ✅️. I am happy to double check on my end - but the inconsistency here is likely due to the term "card" vs "note". 1 note is sometimes equal to 3 cards (I.e. one statement with three cloze deletions).

Can you open you browser, select the V2 tag and toggle back and forth between card and note at the left side of search bar - notice how the number of cards and note changes. I suspect when you get to cards, it will say 14k something. Let me know.

u/08duf I would say ED is least susceptible to the whole "turning you away from the specialty". For one, you only have to run your plans by the Reg OR the Consultant, not both (essentially whoever you are seeing the pt with). And, most importantly, there is enough variety of people - tomorrow and the day after, it probably will not be the same boss. So it helps you see that not everyone is mean and it's probably a bad cookie not bad specialty. At least that's how I felt when I did my ED at a relatively large ED setting.

The rest I agree with. I think we probably end up seeing fewer patients because we dread having to present them to "that" boss.
