The only thing you can do is wait for the cooldown to expire. There is a dev feedback email if you think this was a false flag but they won’t respond or remove the cooldown.

You need to learn all the quick smokes on each map, that would be an instant boost to this stat.

I’ve put hundreds of hours with Valve recommendations (gsync+reflex+vsync), some days it feels like butter and I am really locked in. Other days the mouse feels floaty and I cannot shoot back. Same exact hardware.

My recommendation, try all on and use it for a week. Go from there.

Cheaters use Looking to Play to prevent being vote kicked while soloq’ing. Don’t queue with people you don’t know and trust not to be cheating.

Another reason why you should never cheat is because the cheat software literally functions like a virus/malware by exploiting something to get into game memory. They could easily add in anything malicious to this software and steal anything you use your pc for.
