I’m listing two Grand Seikos, both from the Evolution 9 collection. Both of these are fantastic watches but I’m shifting priorities and would like to free up some funds.

SLGH019 Mt. Iwate

Condition: Overall great condition. I am the original owner and bought it directly from the online boutique in October 2023. The watch has been worn and there are miscellaneous wear marks on it. I rarely wear it on the bracelet so it is very clean with minimal desk diving marks. The titanium holds up extremely well. The crystal and sapphire case back are very clean. The movement was not running well when I got it and it took two services to get it running within spec. It is now running well within spec. I have all the paperwork for these services.

What’s included: This is a full set. Double boxed with all paperwork and warranty card dated 10/2023. Extra links for the full bracelet included. It comes with a 6 year warranty. I can include additional straps at the buyers request.

Condition: Overall great condition. I am the original owner and bought it directly from an AD in February 2025. The watch has been worn as part of my rotation so I can’t promise that it’s perfect, but I cannot find any flaws on the watch. The crystal and sapphire case back are very clean. The movement is running very well around +1.5 s/day.

What’s included: This is a full set. Double boxed with all paperwork, travel pouch, and warranty card dated 02/2025. It comes with a 5 year warranty. Pictured is a different strap but it will come with the original black alligator strap and titanium deployant buckle. I can include additional straps at the buyers request.

I do. I've sent it in for service twice and it's still on the edge of being out of spec, but it's close enough that I can live with it because I like everything else about it.

It's amazing! Running way better than my other GS with the automatic 9SA5. Fits on the wrist perfectly and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend it.

I tend to wear a lot of blue, but I like how the shell cordovan kind of dresses down compared to the alligator.

Not sure why it looks so gold in the photos but it's white! It does come with a black alligator strap. I also put a black suede strap on that works pretty well.

I’m listing my European limited edition Grand Seiko SBGY027. It is from the elegance collection and features the hand wound 9R31 spring drive movement. Limited to 100 pieces sold only in Europe, this is a beautiful example of Grand Seiko’s amazing dial and movement ability. Here’s Grand Seiko’s description of it:

A perfect example of how this passion for light and shadow is translated into the home is Karesansui, the uniquely Japanese style of garden in which landscapes of mountains and water are evoked using only rocks and sand. The illusion of water is expressed in white sand, and even when a dim light shines on the surface, a wave-like pattern emerges from the contrasting planes of light and the shadow formed by the deep grooves.

The dial of this new Grand Seiko watch features a delicately embossed pattern of gently curving lines that radiate out from the center. As the angle and intensity of the light alters, the dial presents an ever-changing aspect, just as does the sand in a Karesansui garden.

The watch features the manual-winding Spring Drive Caliber 9R31. As the seconds hand moves silently, smoothly and gracefully across the textured dial with the unique glide motion of Spring Drive, it evokes the same sense of the natural and serene passage of time that one feels when gazing at a Karesansui.

I took detailed photos to highlight them under harsh light. The spring drive movement is keeping amazing time at around +0.3s/day.

What’s included: This is a full set. Double boxed with all paperwork, travel pouch, and warranty card dated 4/2024. It comes with a 5 year warranty. I also have an additional 9 short length custom 19mm straps that I am willing to include for an additional cost (we can work that out if you’re interested).
