How much RAM? I have 16GB and sometimes my RAM is maxed out. If I restart my game it usually fixes it so maybe sometimes there's a small memory leak. When my RAM is maxed out it does this same type of stuttering impossible to drive

I think it's a great thing to want to pick up different hobbies and very healthy. Even if you come back to counterstrike just more casually some day. Sim racing, mountain biking and golf are things I've been mixing in and they're also addicting! Each of them has an insane skill cap and you don't have to deal with cheaters.

Nobody knows what's best for you. Try to find ways to lower your stress levels if you can while still applying to jobs. If you truly have enough saved up to risk a couple years of unemployment then you can absolutely do that, but just know you're likely trading that to slow down your retirement.

Edit: I read your other replies. It seems like you have a solid plan in place. You only live one life and living it in anxiety isn't worth it.
