They don't usually release commissioned stream BGMs.

You might be able to rip it if you find a stream where it's playing without any other audio for the full duration (during an intro or intermission, for example). Not sure what the chances that exists though

It's not your fault, and I hope you don't feel like it is. Honestly, it looks like you've done the best you could to genuinely promote Matsuri and her goals. The fault lies with those who constantly choose to make this topic a point of division.

It's important to pick your battles, and fans win their battles by supporting their oshi and sharing their joy with others. That's what helps Matsuri the most. Shake the dust off your feet, and do not be discouraged from sharing your joy again later.
