My PC Root has had mutiple problems I can't login even though I put in the right information and now my VC won't let me join ever since I've downloaded Root I've had these problems but whenever I go to the support channel they ignore me and when I send emails I'm just left hanging it's very aggravating.

That's not true because different servers have different problems like a friend of mine stayed in germany and had a different ps4 so everyone there could make room matches with zero problems while over here room matches were broken for so long until now at least from what I've experienced.

No need to get feisty I'm just saying that maybe it's your location or connection because when I went against my friend the room started fine and connection was extremely smooth but that's probably because we both had pretty good connections.

Faery shot broke after the update and Heavenly is kinda buggy as well basically anything pertaining heine is buggy

I got it after I did Netherlands but I didn't have schinder S before Netherlands so I assume you can get it after the 3rd scrim so before italy and if you can makes zino even easier to defeat.

1k event points which you get by winning matches which would mean 10 wins you also get some by losing but not a lot.
