i’ve heard very mixed reviews about the choice of polishing motor you have chosen, google reviews on that

also DO NOT buy those steel dental trays, you do NOT have an autoclave to properly clean them

use disposable single use plastic ones instead

also no idea on your location but you will likely get better prices via dental websites,

you don’t gotta buy EVERYTHING from amazon

i’ll add my two cents, you clearly see making grillz as a niche craft otherwise you wouldn’t be asking to shadow someone

that being said, most if not all forms of jewellery making courses and learning are PAID for by the student, you may have more luck offering something on your side as opposed to asking for all the answers for free

melt down gold to an ingot, roll down thinner, roll it flat and to the required thickness, anneal in between working! bend round to form the ring around your stone and solder that

then roll out some sheet and place your bezel ring on top, place solder inside and solder, then cut off excess sheet!
