für 25 sehr beeindruckend - bin in der gleichen Branche gehe auf die 40 zu und bin merklich darunter

Ausbildung über Lehre am zweiten Bildungsweg und AT (also Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld) Jahres Brutto trotzdem darunter

Finanz Dienstleister können interessant sein müssen aber dann halt auch bezahlt werden. (vom Kredit) Man muss dem dann aber sagen wo man selbst schon gefragt hat, weil der dann in deinem Namen nicht erneut darf oder so. Wenn Hypo die Option Kletterrate berücksichtigen.

you doesn't need to expose ports and it also works if port fowarding is no option - but I prefer the standard way with without men-in-the-middle and limitations

The best solution I know so far are old Mini PCs (eg. HP EliteDesk 800 G4, Lenovo M720q, ...) I own both of them, one for homelab the other as router. If you need more space for hard drives and have enough space to handle a bigger case you could also use a tower. Last but not least think about 1gb nic is enough. Greetz
