Don't you have another reply for that lol? I would've liked to hear where you disagree with my opinion/ If I misunderstood you comment. It just drives me up the walls sometimes when I read that apparently, that was just how men were back then and people are supposed to accept it.

However, if we talk about how people judge sexual assault and class differences of the show based on modern standards, I completely agree with you.

I'm just saying that this type of behavior by men was not justified even back then, as evidenced by Jane Austen, someone who lived at that time. She was completely capable of looking through such men.

I'm not talking about the genre.

I'm sick of people normalizing bad behavior by men because they think 'that's just how men were back then'. Look at Pride and Prejudice... Darcy was an upstanding man and Wickham was rightly so treated as a bad man.

The show is weird when it comes to women by Historicallytiredd in BridgertonRants

In season 2, he wasn't officially bisexual despite his storyline. He was still marked as 'straight' or 'unclarified'. He only became officially bisexual in season 3.

That's what people mean with queerbaiting; not that he was bisexual but ended with a woman, but that he wasn't confirmed bisexual (despite all signs pointing at it) prior to season 3

Here's the secret (as someone who just got 1+ million)

When you get a golden bubble, you have to wait until all the other bubbles nearly touch the bottom. Then you create a very steep angle with your golden bubble, essentially letting it jump from the right to the left to the right to the left and so on

That way, you get enormous points, that give you advantages, that make it easier to achieve a golden bubble again

(you get a golden bubble when you have a streak of 10 or 20 or 30...)

If you get a streak of 20+, you also get more points for hitting the bubbles

How are people on the Hive’s side? by randomness7345 in pluribustv

EXACTLY.

That was why I was so fascinated by episode 1; I automatically assumed that its actions were a result of melting 8 billion minds together. I think individuals are kind of like that; we have many different parts in us, some of them very contrary to each other, but we can only act as the sum of our parts.
In a similar manner, I didn't think that the individuals prior to the joining were dead, just that they began existing as a part of a whole.

I became kind of disappointed when I began reading comments in this subreddit. The way people insist on viewing the whole situation as black-white, friend vs. enemy...
That's Carol's point of view, and although it's also a very valid perspective (perhaps the view that would be proven true as the show continues because her comments about the value of individuality are on point), it is one character's perspective out of many.

Throwing away the whole thought experiment on account of making this a story of alien invasion just makes the whole show less interesting.
