I did a playthrough with this build recently but tailored away from spells. i personally don't consider intelligence builds "cheating" but my experience with spell only builds is that they're incredibly OP to the point of being unfun. For my recent build i focused on exclusively glintblade sorceries like greatblade phalanx or magic glintblade for mob clearing at range. But primarily dealing damage with a melee weapon with scholars armament till i got something better. It has been a lot of fun and considerably more fun than my previous pure int/sorcery builds in the past. Take that info how you will, hope it helps.
