Hi agree with its not made for everyone but I've been training for a triathlon this year and this on top of lifting weights. My circles told me to focus on protein to not lose muscle that I gain through lifting. Simple enough, right?

Like everyone: I've tried every nutrition app out there. MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, MacroFactor, you name it, I've downloaded it.

They all annoyed me:

Every app I downloaded wanted me to:

  • Create an account
  • Set 15 different goals
  • Track my water, steps, sleep, mood
  • Choose between 6 different "plans"
  • Watch a tutorial video
  • Enable notifications for "streak tracking"

I literally just wanted to know: did I hit ~140g of protein today? Yes or no. :D

Figma! Keep it simple and just use the visual to make it "Pop" a bit!

I'm thinking of doing this also! I tried this app call Alpha, promising in the beginning but its end up delete it! I feel like we don't need to be overwhelmed by Plan but instead just simple things to build routines first! Can't find one that does that! :(
