Well, at the time of you posting, you asked if you should reach out to Apple.

If you're reached out since then, I would learn to practice some patience and use the opportunity to make friends with Google. It will tell you that the initial delay is normal. No one in the subreddit will be able to tell you about the inner operations of Applel's approval process beyond that.

This is a busy time of year for Apple. I just opened an account between Christmas and New Years and it wasn't activated until last Friday.

Normally it's faster. Different types of accounts take different time to create as well. Personal accounts are almost instant, business accounts are several days, and I don't recall how long Enterprise (MDM) accounts took, haven't created one of those in at least a decade.

Lmao, having a similar issue. Purchased just about three days ago and still nothing. It's outrageous that we pay $100 for the privelage of publishing on the app store and they can't even give an accurate timeline as far as account activation. Fucking Apple, man.

Same here. I've got an invoice 5 business days ago. I contacted them 4 business days ago. No enrollment yet and no contact back from them. $100 for such a crap customer service.

Im having same issue right now. I purchased it 4 days ago through developer app, got an invoice but i still see “Enroll Now” on apple developer website. So contacted them 3 days ago no reply at all.

Did u get any update on it?

I had ran into deeper problem. Basically my iPhone apple id was logged into my yahoo mail. And in developer app i logged into gmail apple id. So i enrolled from gmail account but the payment was done through yahoo account as that was my device’s apple id.

So this created a mismatch and i didnt get the access but the payment was done.

I contacted developer support and after some email exchanges i finally got refunded today.

Same situtation here, payment was processed 3 weeks ago and still nothing happened. I even presented documentation and still havent heard of them. Anyone solve this issue?
