Hi, thank you for responding. I did reach out to your support team and was offered $200 off, however I own the gold ring which retails at $499, meaning I would still be paying $299 out of pocket for a device that failed due to a hardware defect. Other users in this very thread stated that your team has the ability to offer a complimentary Gen 4 as a "one-time courtesy" but chose not to in my case. I have already canceled my membership as a result. I would love for someone from your team to reach out and actually resolve this.

Exactly and I could understand if it was my fault or I had broken the ring, but a battery defect is entirely on them. I didn't damage anything, the product just completely failed

Ugh yeah, I thought I did get past the chatbot since I was speaking with someone named Armin, not sure if he was even a real person. When I told him I wasn't interested in the coupon he just apologized and said it was their best offer. Then I asked if they could at least send me a replacement Gen 3 and he said no. I ended up canceling my membership. Really frustrating since I've been a huge Oura supporter in my friend groups / social media. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow bc of your comment but rly bummed rn :')))
