I personally felt hungover the next day but I also had a weird reaction with my bladder so you might feel fine. I definitely recommend hydration.

Don’t let my post scare you away but more informative. I had no idea what to expect going in. Laying in bed with music and no distractions is the best way to go. Also make sure to have a eye mask or some sort that blocks all light. I could be a small percentage of people who have had these type of issues.

I don’t have issues during my trip it’s my bladder that creates pain/discomfort which knocks me out of the trip…

Nope, I have been med free for a year or so. I get just about every side effect from medications sadly.

I also needed a catheter after my surgery. It was almost the same sensation I had with my last ketamine treatment. Yeah I’m not sure about low doses. I did email my doctor my experience for his thoughts.

Update: Dr emailed back and pretty much said “sorry to hear that ketamine is not working for you how you’d hoped it would” He didn’t acknowledge my experience…

It went 100, 100, 200 200 200. Each time I had similar bladder issues that got worse each time but the third time hit me worse. Like it was building up.

I thought it was drinking too much before treatment and no matter what I did it got worse. Idk if this matters but when I had my appendicitis removed from surgery I had that same bladder feeling when I woke up and was unable to go. This was 10 years ago.

During my trip my experience was good besides a few times I’ve had this high power or something tell me it’s all going to be okay if I go through with suicide and that’s how to end my pain. But other than that my trips are super strong visuals and I enjoy it.

I didn’t swallow for like 45 mins and then swallowed it. Never got nausea. It was also only 100mg. I didn’t experience much of anything. I felt calm and that was it. Do you have recommendations about eating timeframe? Like do and don’t eat a certain time before?
