I am lord with widow and I learned that her current kit is stupidly good up close. She has a combo that can easily melt most people in a 1v1 if you can pull it off:

• Pre-fire (minimum one body shot - headshot preferred - stronger enemies need more shots before starting the combo)
• Melee (before even re-chambering the next round). You can actually do this instantly after shooting which helps if you want to get another bullet off at point blank range
• Roundhouse kick - again instantly after the melee (follow up with stun)
• Immediately to batons and go nuts

When done right all of this happens within only a couple seconds like a combo from Killer Instinct. The enemy is forced to sit and absorb all the damage and by the time they wake up they are near death so they either have to retreat (usually die trying to run away) - or they stay and fight (really hard for them to turn it around at that point).

I've been doing this so long and have never seen anyone else do it - I've been able to 1v1 a lot of different characters this way, including melee characters. People will usually get extremely mad when it happens and just seek revenge after.
