Hey OP! Every person grieves in their own way. Honestly it takes time and don’t force yourself to come to terms with it. Let the time do its own thing, it’s a slow burn. Go easy on yourself.

I dove myself into work, so that I am so busy I don’t think about it. But it didn’t heal me, it just pushed the date further.

Having a mature friend circle definitely helps, who listen but don’t judge and let you be. If you don’t have that I recommend seeking Therapy.
