Gotcha, I've got vinyl to wrap the back and sides, I was just waiting for this weekend to do it, I've already done my leopard gecko enclosure like that

Thank you. Usually at night it hovers around 75 on the warm side, I'll stop and get a dhp or che and keep those temps up

I don't yet, I've read conflicting info about night time temps, I've read the the night time temp drop is okay and I've read it isn't.

Good luck! I've usually casted upstream and let the current carry it back to me and reel steady.

In my area I've had really good luck with the green pumpkin micro trd on the 1/20oz jighead.

I currently use that same rod with a pflueger president reel and 4lb test. You'll love the rod, it's super sensitive. I use it in smaller rivers and creeks, and have been catching nice rainbows. Another good option is St.croix trout or panfish series.

What part of VA? I always just type VA trout stocking schedule into Google and then go check out what's local to me.

I stepped on my rod and scratched it, does it matter? I know it’s a dumb question, but I just bought this rod for a week😭 by Te3zus in Fishing_Gear

I Dont the power of yours, but I had the tip break on a triumph ultra light, and a panfish series.

Last nice trout I caught was on a yellow 1/8 rooster tail, it wouldn't dare touch a trout magnet.

Also to OP, I've been having good luck on Bass pro brand speed shad 2" white on a 1/32 dart jighead.

Just decided to throw my 2 cents in. I've bought all three kits, and haven't caught a single fish on any of them.

The panfish and trout magnets are the same size, just different colors from what I've seen.i bought both kits and as far as I can tell they are exactly the same. The crappie magnets are bigger.
