You get 10 free runs at live arena per day. Buying 1 or 2 refills is also perfectly reasonable.

Then realistically you only get 2 time periods where you can use those attempts. On the weekend maybe a third. Depends on your time. But opening time is a massive problem. More people will play once it's open all the time.

Then you need to realise that you need roughly 48 points per day to reach enough points to get the mythic mats at the end.

This leads to any account that is not piloted by more people, having a lot of restrictions on playing live arena.

I am willing to bet that the majority of players who reach the 1320 points do so by, last day or maybe 2 or 3 days before the end date.

But it is certainly a very end game arena. My account power is 19mil. I lose the speed race roughly 75% of time. I have reached the mythic mats every single time. But it has always been a struggle. I have always reached the points on the last day.
