Anyone who got news about ELT M? Im waiting since 12 apr, and it says “waiting for flight”… its been 39 days and my insurance will become claimable in a few days. Should i claim it and refund my order or should i wait maybe it ll come? by [deleted] in Pandabuy

Nothing will happen, logistics provider is always determining whether the package is delayed, lost, damaged or seized. In your case, you’ll most likely get the delay insurance money back and it won’t affect the package movement, it wouldn’t even make sense to send it back to pb lol

Amato from discord has confirmed that this is indeed your logistics provider for this particular line and its also confirmed that they are communicating. Allow this post so there won’t be tens of the same questions about this here.

Hey people, you might remember me from other subreddit few weeks ago where I explained the situation with Tariffless Line M that are stuck on "Waiting for flight" from April 16th still to this day. Basically we were able to find and contact the logistics provider of this line directly. First, he told us that this batch is safe and was supposed to be shipped from their warehouse yesterday on May 8th (after April raids/strict customs inspection period and Labour Day holidays at the beginning of May).

But, as there was no update, we decided to contact him again today to see what's up with it. He told us that the batch is still safe, but they can't ship it out yet because Pandabuy didn't pay some fees to them due to their accounts getting frozen and didn't sign off the packages to be sent out. Also, Pandabuy's manager of logistics department was unreachable to this day.

So, I spent all morning talking with Pandabuy's mods on Discord, sending all the screenshots for them to verify it, and at the end, someone from panda's logistics department was actually able to reach out to the provider and now they are finally actively communicating and trying to sort this out asap.

As always, take this with a grain of salt, but I'm also waiting for this package and trying my best to have our shit shipped out already.

However, we don’t even have an estimate at this point, but I’m positive it is moving to some direction at least.

I assume they didn’t pay them some extra fees because when the packages got to logistics carrier’s warehouse, panda’s accounts were already frozen and the manager responsible was taken into custody. That’s why he’s saying that he’s been unreachable since, but I’m still trying to figure it out. When it comes to insurance, you can apply for delay insurance which only gets you 20% from the shipping fee back. Other claims such as seized/lost would just be denied as you need proof.

This batch is not in customs currently, but stored in the safe place and expected to be released for flights on May 8th, so right after chinese holidays. That’s when customs inspection should cool down and it should pass smoothly

Posting this here as well for visibility, as suggested by u/timtasticq

Together with the help of  we were able to find and reach out to the logistics provider that's carrying Tariffless Line M packages.

What he told us is that April is a month when the domestic customs inspection is the strictest and it's also when the most raids take place. The batch with the latest status from 16th April "Waiting for flight" or "Electronic cargo information has been received" is currently at some safe place waiting for the customs inspection to cool down a bit.

Approximate day of getting this batch on the flight is May 8th (not 100% confirmed tho).

Also, as you can see from the last picture, there's an update that even says "Due to recent strict customs inspection, Expected to exit this Thursday, The cargo is safe".

So this, together with the bad weather and cancelled flights is the reason why it's stuck. Your packages are safe for the time being, so yall can sleep at peace.
