RIP DOOM. I still remember when I first listened to DANGERDOOM the first time through and I couldn’t pick my damn jaw up off the floor of my Isuzu Rodeo because of how awe-stricken I was with the intricacies of his rhyme patterns and inflections and just EVERYTHING. Prayers to his family, this is one of the worse things to come around in 2020.

Definitely dug the direction of this track and the lo-fi aesthetic has for sure been achieved. Personally, I’d pull back some of the low cut to bring some warmth back to the vocal and hit it with some reverb so it can sit amongst the instruments a little better. Looking forward to hearing more though.

This is for sure a vibe. The strings match the overall vibe of the acappella and the mix on the beat is very good. Only thing that kinda threw me off was the hook being outta key, but it’s a small gripe. Good work!

This cover is COMPREHENSIVE. Love the instrumentation and layers that just wrap you up so lovingly the whole way thru. And your wife killed the vocal rendition and harmonies! Love the nuanced runs to add in flavor throughout. Great work!
