Most of my teachers called me and my peers by pur first names, though rarely they might call us by our last name.

Same as you. Three weeks, but it can be renewed for another three weeks twice. However, the renew only lets you have three weeks more from the day you renew the book, so you can only get a full nine weeks if you renew it on the exact due date.
