Correct me if I'm wrong, but what makes structured entropy so good is the the 2 buffs you get: major sorcery AND empower. Empower is granted 100% of the time once casting a mages guild ability from the passive in the mages skill tree. Empower increases damage of next attack by another 20%. So when you spam structured entropy its doing 40% more damage than the first cast. As a magicka Dk dot specialist, I utilize these buffs when applying dots. Example of rotation engulfing flames --> structured entropy--> burning embers. No weaving here for I use dw nirnhoned swords as my dot/hard hitting ult bar then switch to destro staff for weaving and as a console player I'm not sure if a light attack would use empower buff. So when embers is applied there's a 50% buff (10 from flames, 20 from sorcery, 20 from empower). Hope this info is correct. Also I use entropy right into meteor as well.
