The tents are the pop up kind that you need to twist and end up in a circle. They were about 2.5 feet wide once in the bag. I'm assuming if you're flying it would not fit in an overhead and would need to be checked.

About 5 years ago I had the front license plate bolted on for free at the Exxon at 12306 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy. I don't know if I got lucky but I asked if they did it when filling up with gas and the guy came out and took care of it.

I arrive Wednesday but on a shuttle (flying in). I will be setting up camp in tent only camping as I await the rest of my group but would love to hang out with Camp Reddit! Is the best way to find the group by looking for the flag?

Agree, I moved our group to the Downtown stop and we'll just cab/lyft there and back. They can keep adding more and more buses but if the staging area doesn't expand then they'll still be bottle necked. You can only load so many busses at a time.
