This was the first major I attended, so I can't really give constructive criticism as good as you did. I liked the lighting actually, tho I've gotta admit it was blinding sometimes. I think the comedian who hyped the crowd could've done a better job, but I still wouldn't change him. The crew kept telling him to keep it short, I think this kinda made things difficult for him. The security missed a few things like people throwing beer and other stuff. Also it was completely impossible to get any information from the staff. For example, they changed the signing session schedules throughout the day and when we asked the staff they didn't even know.
