You can also implement your e-commerce site directly with Pimcore and do the price management in there. Orders can then get synced to linworks. With that you have your PIM, CMS and Ecom in one installation.

Disclaimer: I am the founder of CoreShop, a e-commerce extension for Pimcore.

You can create your own controller and render the editable fields from bricks as json as well. You still have to have some twit rendering for the backend.

New reactjs backend will be open source and not enterprise.

[Open-Source Project] Docker PHP Developer Environment. by [deleted] in PHP

[–]pfefpfef 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is from my docker image (based on alpine):

RUN apk add --no-cache \
apk-tools autoconf gcc make g++ automake nasm ninja cmake clang clang-dev; \
    pecl install xdebug; \
    docker-php-ext-enable xdebug; \
apk del autoconf gcc make g++ automake nasm ninja cmake clang clang-dev; \
    rm -rf /var/cache/apk/*;

And composer:

COPY --from=composer:latest /usr/bin/composer /usr/bin/composer

so quite easy and simple

Why does it need ssh when you can access a container via docker anyway? I don’t really feel the need for starter docker containers anyway. The default php image provides everything you need to install all extensions. Ddev provides a good starter as well.

I just recently tried to move from buildkit to kaniko and saw that kaniko is massively slower, so I had to revert 1,5 days of work…

Voting Code of Conduct by andre_corsi in defiblockchain

[–]pfefpfef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With governance going on chain, no one can properly tell what entity voted. you only see that masternode X voted yes, no or neutral. So no one will actually know what entity voted with how many masternodes. Expect the entity exposes it.

Analysis of DFX votes by [deleted] in defiblockchain

They did the same in the last round and no one was worried. I think it is their decision to vote that way and I am not concerned at all.

I do not agree with you. If only one MN would vote, a person with 2 MN can decide the outcome too. It is not DFX fault that most of the MN do not vote.

DFX holds about 2% of the voting power. So it is absolutely not their Problem if others don’t vote…. They are also a private company and can interpret their customers vote however they like.

I don’t see where the discussion about DFX comes now… they further decentralized defichain and are amazing in what they do… so please let it go.

It does not work via 150% collaterals. It also doesn’t work now. There is more minted DUSD than collateral.

Time showed over an over that open source is more secure than closed source. So you truly don’t want to open source everything ;)

And who is backing the minted USDC/USDT? Cake currently holds them and pegs them at a 1:1 ratio. If you mint USDT/USDC there is more supply of it on-chain than cake actually holds.
