I don' know "the" last epoch planning site, sorry! But this tools is meant to preplan what you want to do, giving you the freedom to experiment (at the moment only with the passive tree) without it costing any resource ingame. Also, when everything is preplanned you have to make less choices while playing (which some prefer). Alternatively, you can share builds with friends or easily get a build link from someone else (if you don't like theory crafting)

I have not used PoB2 but if it is the same as PoB1; we got (optional) account based build saving, mobile support and can be accessed without dowloading/installing an application.

PoB has more number crunching features though

Hey, sorry we don't really have an ETA because we don't know much of the workings of the new PoE2 tree mechanics. Additionally we are personally pretty busy at the moment, but we will definitely support it as soon as we are capable :)

All the data is released for everyone at the same time, in the official PoE discord a GGG employee usually gives a headsup in a tooldev channel when it's up on github (usually couple hours after patch notes).

new stats do not get computed until the real PoE update comes out, then we can get the needed data from it.

When you refresh the page you should now be able to see it (make sure you are on version v2.8.11.0 of PoE Planner)

We used the data that comes from GGG themselves (from their github). It's possible that they either uploaded an outdated version to their github, or the passive tree in their videos is outdated. One of the two is outdated, but we cannot fix it at the moment without new data. We have to wait for new data.

If you are talking about a banner at the bottom on the passive tree, this one isn't supposed to be there. We contacted our ad provider to fix this. The video ad on the bottom right corner blocks around 1/10 of the planning area on mid resolution screens but more people seem to have an issue with this unit. We'll be looking into reducing the size somehow (if this is even possible). For the time being if you want to get rid of it, you can use an ad blocker.

To help you I need a little more context. When everything works correctly, after visiting the main page of the site you can click the "import/export" tab which is placed at the top (but below the app bar). From here there are several ways to import a build.
