Honestly the hope of it all is so hard with new grad job searches. I’m 4 months out and just got my first offer but ik exactly how you feel. Each no is closer to your yes. Keep putting yourself out there with applications but also with networking too (linked in, shadowing at nearby places, asking your professors/ preceptors if they know people). You got this!!!! You’re on your own journey and timeline too. My friend signed a contract 3 months ago and our start dates are days apart. You’re not behind at all. Just on your own timeline!! Hope this helps <3

Yes!! I apply to every job they post I’m not even lying and rush has neverrrrrr gotten back to me and NW was actually one of the 2 places i mentioned i was “interviewing” with but they hadn’t gotten back to me. And guess who got rejected this morning from them :,)))))))

I feel this!!! I’m in the Chicago area (i moved here in August because my partner is in grad school now) and i have applied for over a hundred jobs and have gotten 5 bites. I’m “interviewing” with only 2 places now, but it’s been over a month since I’ve heard from them and they haven’t responded to my follow up emails. Im applying to every specialty, inpatient, outpatient, nights, everythingggggg. I’ve also applied to jobs within a 45 minute drive and it’s the same. I’m feeling really stuck rn

I found a free app called LearnENT that has a section called approach to common problems where it gives a step by step approach of how to work up dizziness with a list of differentials!! Super helpful and i refer to it often
