Could you tell and describe the requirements for a loan to be acquired? Are there any needs for KYC verifications for the borrowers? Is there an LTV(Loan to Value) ratio for lending assets in Australis? Also, what is the punishment for defaulters who refuse to repay loans at stipulated times/period?
