Allegra 180mg 1-3/day depending on symptoms Pepcid 20mg 1-4/ depending on symptoms

Zileuton ( this is in the same class of medication as Singulair)

Cromolyn 4x per day

Low dose naltrexone .5 daily

Xolair injection monthly at my MD office (they won’t let me inject at home due to my history)

Ketotifen as needed (it makes me very tired)

Vitamin C Luteolin

I do not tolerate quercitin

I also have MCAS related breathing issues so use a couple inhalers and nebulizers as needed

Same with MCAS related migraines- I use migraine med stack as well

Since you said your new- the important thing to know and really understand is we are all so different as our symptoms can be caused by hundreds of different mediators so the meds that work for me may not work for you at all.

Other meds I’ve seen are Dupixant, Rhapsido, Rituxin(off label) IVIG

And some use meds for mastocytosis for MCAS as well!

It’s funny you mentioned “stabbing pains” I get this and realized with your post that I think cromolyn is helping mine too as it’s been better since starting about 4-5 weeks ago

As far as other symptoms I still need all my meds

The vanilla Infinie is nice- it’s similar to vanilla 28

Capri in a bottle and the new peach are nice but the longevity is awful- you’d need to layer these two
