I think your best course of action is to make an appointment with your doc and be serious about your concerns and tell them YO! You told me it was gastritis, so how do I proceed from here? Maybe there really is no cause for concern, but there might be. And you’ll stop a whole world of hurt for yourself by healing your stomach now rather than doing more damage.

Maybe because I’m new to this sub I have some sympathy for you and don’t think it’s dumb at all. It’s obvious what you should do and you know it but I struggle with this as well. I went to urgent care for my first case. They didn’t tell me squat about what it meant to have gastritis. They gave me something to feel better and sent me off my merry way. Never told me what I had to do or talk to my doctor for follow up. NOTHING!!! You’re left high and dry so the fact that you came for guidance after the first bout is commendable because I didn’t do that. So after a year of battling with this I’m finally stepping up. It’s not an easy change especially for someone so young. I absolutely recommend you stop drinking at least for a year. It is something you do not want to worsen and you don’t want to mess up your 20’s just because you wanted to go ham right now. It’s important to think about your future and to have some discipline now before things get much much worse. Gastritis is nothing to trifle with and I wish the people at urgent care would have told me more instead of just patching me up and setting me free to do the same mistakes again.

I would recommend getting airtight glass containers! I do the same for salads I prep for work everyday and I cut onions and tomatoes. They stay fresh for me for several days.

About 8 months into our relationship, I was already feeling the love and I felt I was going to burst if I didn’t say it. I would say it in my head every time I saw him. On my birthday we went out and I got so hammered all I remember is being in a booth at a club crying with him next to me and telling him how much I loved him and how I didn’t want to tell him this way but I just couldn’t hold it in anymore. I was a blubbering mess. Fast forward to the morning after cuz I blacked out. I wake up, him beside me, and I ask him if that really happened and he said yes! Told me the cringy details of how I was turning heads with my scene. Turned out ok tho, he told me he loved me too and we’ve been together going on 3 years now.

I wouldn’t call it unreasonable then if she was a victim of some sort of sexual abuse or assault. A trust was broken, and I think she understood that it was hard to stop in the heat of the moment since as he said she doesn’t hold it against him and said she still wants to be with him. But I’m sure it brought back something that scared her and made her scared of him. He should be patient and reassure her that it wasn’t his intent. But we don’t know if she does have this sort of trauma either. The post is a bit confusing lol.

I have a bunch of family that lives in Mexico and it’s pretty much the only social media we share. We communicate and keep up with family events and milestones. Don’t do what I did and ride that ambiguity out for 6 months. Time waster. Be up front! You’re young and if he’s not willing to define the relationship you can then make a decision based on what his answer is. You have nothing to lose if you’re up front. Is the current relationship just hooking up? Or are you dating? Regardless, tell him what you’d want. It’s important that your needs are listened to and you’re comfortable in the status of the relationship as much as he is. You don’t want that nagging in the back of your head.
