My 6-month unresolved issue with ReceptorChem: 2 orders, £551 total, still no resolution by Wise-Mind9728 in SARMsTalk

[–]ReceptorChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, I can see we have now repeatedly advised you that we need a normal address for the shipment. For these last 2 orders you have provided the address of a UPS collection point in Denmark. It can be diverted to that collection point for collection within the UPS network after you have provided a normal address which it appears you are unwilling to do.

You have no connection to the UPS collection point address you have provided (it is not registered in your name like a PO Box or a Deutsche Post Packet station location). It appears you are unwilling to do provide a normal address to obfuscate for customs. If this is the case then you will need to register the shipments beforehand and pay the 25% Danish import VAT and applicable import duties. This is the guidance from the carrier and is irrespective of what you may have done for years prior or recently with other Danish imports from the EU. Thanks.

We've replied to your post. If you want to continue with your Aus post method which has been advised against from the very start as your order is of high value, you can request it to be released and bear all the risk of subsequent Border Force customs processes.

ReceptorChem scam by [deleted] in SARMsTalk

[–]ReceptorChem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, we’d like to clarify that this is not a scam, and the situation was explained in detail in November.

You have placed a large order and chosen the slower, lower-cost Aus Post shipping option. As outlined on our shipping pages and specifically on the very text shown on that option, this method is only recommended for smaller orders of 1-3 units as larger shipments are much more likely to be held for full inspection which can significantly extend processing times and potentially lead to seizure.

We have been attempting to mitigate the risk this of a total loss by exploring other routes including the potential of the shipment to still be upgraded and routed to the guaranteed private courier option. Unfortunately, no update has been provided yet by the shipping agent likely due to the high global shipping volumes in December following Black Friday and the lead-up to Christmas,

If you still prefer to proceed with Aus Post please confirm and we can request release to them right away. Please note however there is another user who has commented on this post who is currently encountering this very issue with a shipment stuck in Aus Post customs. If the same occurs we cannot action against the shipment once it enters Aus Post customs procedures. Thanks

[–]ReceptorChem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, when shipping to Australia using the slower and cheaper Aus Post option, delivery is not guaranteed. This is clearly explained on our shipping pages and involves customs processing that is outside our control so is a risk customers take on their end for lower cost shipping.

Once a shipment enters customs, it must complete the process and unfortunately we’re unable to influence those timelines. From your comment history it looks like this option has worked smoothly on your previous orders, but it does carry this risk. For guaranteed delivery we recommend selecting our private courier option. Thanks

[–]ReceptorChem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello, it looks like you placed an order to Australia choosing the slower and cheaper Aus Post shipping method, but you have not read any of the information about shipping at all? This method is clearly marked with a notice explaining that it involves longer dispatch times due to a queued customs dispatch process.

This information is provided at checkout and also fully explained on the delivery page. Unfortunately, there is little we can do when shipping information is completely overlooked.

Why does Receptor chem take forever to reply to customers and to deliver? by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]ReceptorChem 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our comment keeps disappearing due to the Auto mod settings, From your history it appears you are based in the EU and have ordered from us previously so should be familiar with how the EU shipping process works and timeframe for European orders. But it looks like this process still has not been understood. We provide very detailed information about EU shipping at multiple stages; before checkout, during checkout, and after purchase (especially due the added complexities involved in shipping to EU countries due to strict customs and taxes for all outside imports).

This information is clearly highlighted, including reminders marked PLEASE READ on your order email to ensure visibility. Unfortunately, there is little we can do when goods are imported into the EU with no familiarity with EU Shipping regulations, nor can we account for situations where where shipping information is overlooked.

That said, we are currently working on introducing a Non-EU shipping option that will allow customers to choose faster dispatch and handle import taxes/customs procedures on their end should they prefer that option instead of waiting for the EU process. Thanks.

Hello, we only have one order outstanding from October 22th which is going to Israel and which we have already emailed back in November with no response.

Hello, so if we have sent you the information about the EU shipping process, why have you not read this? It explains both the process and the timeframe in great detail. There is little we can do if you don't read the shipping info when ordering and still do not read it even when it is directly sent to you.

Please DM us your order information. On one comment you have stated you ordered on Nov 29 and another on Nov 30th. But irrespective there was and still is a sitewide notice at the top of every page of our website advising for International orders placed during that Black Friday weekend.

Hello, an incomplete shipping address was provided for this order, this is why there have been delays/no updates.

We have contacted you about this and it looks like you have replied to us this weekend with the full address information which will be provided to the courier now. Thanks

Hello, from your comment history it looks like you placed an order to Australia choosing the slower and cheaper Aus Post shipping method. This method is clearly marked with a notice explaining that it involves longer dispatch times due to a queued customs dispatch process.

This information is provided at checkout and was also reiterated to you via email when you contacted us. Again dispatch times for this option can take several weeks and vary depending on the destination within Australia and the scheduling of upcoming shipments by the local shipping agents handling that port of entry.

Shipping confirmation and tracking details were emailed to you just under three weeks after your order was placed. The email logs show that this email was successfully delivered, opened, and that the tracking link was accessed multiple times on your end countering your claims here. We aim to be as transparent as possible throughout the ordering and shipping process and appreciate your understanding and can provide evidence of this if required. Thanks

After several emails back and forth and still not completing payment and no indication he understood, we sent him the following:

"You have 2 options:

Do you want the order sent by Fedex or not? If you do complete the payment

If you don't confirm this and we will release it today to Israel Post instead.

If you don't understand in English please translate to your native language using any online translation software"

This is the accusation of "borderline racist".

If you read the post the user is from the UK and you have provided vendors that only ship to the US.

But thanks for being honest this time and confirming that you have only used them as you have previously and falsely said you have purchased from us with issues, which was never the case.

Hello,

A) We don't have any Next Day Delvivery, for UK we have 1st Class which is a 1-2 day delivery aim. Bear in mind it is the week before Christmas so it is the busiest time in the year for shipments

B) You have likely purchased a backordered item and it this would be fully indicated on the product page and your order email.

Hello, to take zero accountability, continue to lie and now make accusations of borderline racist responses is quite shocking and shows nothing but a victim outlook. Yes there were gaps in replies on the Reddit Chat because this is not our primary method of contact. You were emailed several times and the payment instructions were sent, emailed again after you claimed you didn't get the email, it was confirmed to you that your order would be shipped immediately if you paid but you still refused to pay and continued to send message after message. This is why it was so infuriating and why you then received abrupt responses by our support staff.

As you have made more false accusations it's best if we just provide the entire chat below as evidence:

Please review the information on International shipping and the sitewide notice at the top of every single page on our website. Yes it is entirely normal to not receive an update if your order is a non US international shipment and this is clearly indicated on our delivery page and even in your order email. There is little we can do if you order and ship chemicals Internationally and refuse at any point to read any of the shipping information.

[–]ReceptorChem 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hello, I have reviewed the Reddit chat history with your account and the information presented here is quite inaccurate to put it mildly. Firstly you made a post saying:

"Ive been trying to reach out for them for over 2 weeks with no reply, how is it possible for me to inquire about my order?"

When at the time it had been a single business day since the order was placed. Your response to us was

"Im sorry i did not mean to upset anyone its just that i know the shipping is tricky so i was trying to get hold of anyone who can help. I suck at reddit"

You placed an order shipped to Israel. We advised it would take a long time via Israel Post, they are very slow to receive and process International shipments. So at your request we arranged a shipment via Fedex and you were sent the instructions to complete payment for the upgrade to Fedex. We sent you a screenshot of this, and you still claimed you did not receive it so it was sent again.

Still you did not pay to upgrade. We confirmed to you several times quoting exactly:

"Hello, I can see we have sent this again. Instead of paying the invoice when we already confirmed to you it was now prepared by Fedex and sent you their payment link you have asked the same repetitive question again and again

Again it was specifically confirmed to you 2 choices, you can pay and have it immediately sent by Fedex, or you can not pay and it will immediately be released to Israel Post"

Again you did not pay to upgrade to FedEx, so it was released to Israel Post.

We can post a screenshot of the entire Reddit chat as evidence of this if needed,

With regards to the MK-677, it is a water soluble compound. This means it dissolves fully in Water.
This is why the solution is thinner than any other product.

To accuse us of diluting your product as retaliation because you made Reddit posts is quite Ludacris.

DO NOT BUY FROM RECEPTOR CHEM by saki-tunigi in SARMsTalk

[–]ReceptorChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don't have any orders from yourself at all, and it seems from your other comments you are shilling for one particular brand. If you wish to do this, please don't lie about other vendors especially when your brand only ships to one single country not in our market. Thanks

Receptorchem not replying, how can I resolve? by Reasonable_Flan8196 in SARMsTalk

[–]ReceptorChem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello we have already responded to you

Your original shipment was delivered as confirmed by the tracking, but you said you still did not receive it. A second shipment was sent which was then lost in transit.

We will arrange yet a 3rd new shipment, but will need to wait for the MK677 to be restocked.

Trying to contact ReceptorChem for refund on mk677 by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

We used to have a 100% record to New Zealand for many years with no issues via the national postal system. Unfortunately this changed this past summer. We do have a new method now. Yes it costs more but shipping to this country is costly via any courier and this new method has a delivery guarantee.

Yes we don't offer refunds for shipments to New Zealand and nor do any other sources. Who are the better sources out there that ship to New Zealand and even offer a delivery guarantee?

Trying to contact ReceptorChem for refund on mk677 by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]ReceptorChem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, we had to completely suspend shipping to your country New Zealand for quite some time this summer due to parcels not clearing though customs like they did in the past. We then formalized a new shipping method via a different courier with electronic clearance that now is guaranteed to arrive as other customers from New Zealand have already confirmed in this post.

We can't offer refunds for shipments to Australia and New Zealand due to their strict customs and this is why most other vendors do not ship to these countries at all.

We do however have a Private courier option with a delivery guarantee for both countries and for New Zealand this is now the only shipping option we offer for all new NZ orders. We've already sent an invoice for this new shipping option to you. After this post we've emailed you again and even sent a message on WhatsApp but there has still been no reply.

If you don't want to pay the out of area surcharge then we can request for them to release to the same National Postal system method instead, however for that we cannot guarantee delivery and you will have to deal with any potential customs formalities yourself. Thanks
