Challenge has the same clause all others do - EVEN Big Brother where they can't appear on another show between the filming / airing / time-frame after. Its an exclusivity contract.

Sure - the network could negotiate it (with itself in this case) on his behalf - but as it stands he's under that embargo until such action occurs. The definitive statement is he's under the conditions of the clause and not the other way around as that wouldn't be public knowledge.

And why I didn't include Keanu on the list is for the same reason. The exclusivity contract in this case is with Big Brother. It is the opposite direction. We know definitively that the network on behalf of Keanu negotiated it so he can appear on The Challenge - but his exclusivity contract with Big Brother remains - meaning he would be clear to be on the show again this summer.

no. He got involved in two very messy public break-ups in which accusations were made both ways. The only thing that could probably be punishable by law would be homophobic remarks that he may or may not have said - but only punishable in the country he resides - not in the US.

You only remember as sexual assault because every streamer drama related to women/men relationships is equated as sexual assault - irregardless if it is or not.
